I have been with first progress for XXXX years. I have good credit and owed nothing on this card. I spoke to an agent in XXXX to remove XXXX late fee and expressed why I am getting late fees if I have not balance. They are charging me monthly {$29.00} and charge me a late fee regarding this but said to call in XXXX and they would remove the other {$41.00}. I spoke to an agent XXXX on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX and she expressed that i was misinformed and there could not be a removal of another late fee. I also explained this has cause a great impact on my credit file and needed this issue corrected. To no avail I received no resolution. I realize this much is a predatory card and also wanted to close this card out but can not. I really need help with this issue.
