I filed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX XXXX My XXXX XXXX XXXX was included. Original loan was $ XXXX I paid the loan every month. Post COVID I suffered financially and filed XXXX XXXXXXXX, the balance left when I filed was only for {$6000.00}. The auto loan company XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to the court order. The trustee paid the loan in full on XX/XX/XXXX. The court Discharged my bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX EMVP sold my loan to a collection agency said the balance I still owed was {$110.00}. My lawyer told me not to pay anything, the court paid what was agreed upon. The lawyer sent multiple letters, phone calls, emails. Both companies refuse to rectify the situation. No one will release the lien and provide the Title to me. I am not able to trade the vehicle without the title, can not sell it, can not move out of state and register the vehicle. I feel they violated my protection provided to me by the Federal Bankruptcy laws. I don't know what rights I have, how to fight a corporation that keeps ignoring our request.
