I filed a dispute for {$280.00} 2 days ago and it posted to my account. I was told I will get a temporary credit for {$280.00}. Once it post to my account..That didnt happen I was on the phone for about two hours. In the end, they said we can not apply it to the available credit. I told her she is not correct. So basically I have to wait 90 days before the funds are released. So basically I have {$25.00} credit limit until the investigation is over. System will not allow me to make a payment more than {$26.00}. This is not acceptable, and this is very unacceptable. And also when I applied they told me a {$700.00} limit and that was their offer to me only $ XXXXwhen they mail the card to me. Capital one is not following the terms and conditions of the terms. And after five months of having the card they said they will extend credit to {$500.00} that did not happen. This card is not really giving me any benefits and limit is low. My other credit cards are around {$2000.00} to {$4000.00} credit limit.
