On XX/XX/ I was in a car accident that almost killed me and totaled my vehicle. Since the other driver was put at fault in the accident that driver is supposed to assume responsibility and liability for my damaged vehicle. Since that person was uninsured I communicated to XXXX XXXX XXXX what happened and they had no sympathy for my incident and still report the vehicle on my credit as if I still have it. This is unacceptable and is keeping me from getting another vehicle. My consumer rights are being violated.
