My rights have been violated in relation to an account on my credit report. I reached out to TransUnion and requested that inaccurate information be deleted off of my credit report. TransUnion states that an investigation was done ; however errors and inaccuracies still exist on the report. The dates of last activity are not consistent among the XXXX reporting Credit Bureaus. Furthermore, my payment history is still not accurate. It is still showing a late payment and the XXXX reporting Credit Bureaus do not show the same payment history. How can validated information vary among the Bureaus? I have attached the investigative results and a copy of my credit report with the errors highlighted in yellow. 15 U.S.C Sec 1681 ( a ), if you can not provide proof this account is 100 % accurate then this account must be deleted. Please provide me with the original contract that I signed with my wet signature if you can not then It must be deleted from my credit report. I dont believe the information on the account is 100 % correct and needs to be deleted and all negative information removed. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A - I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A Section 2 - A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my permission.
