My name is XXXX XXXX, date of birth is XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX is XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX needs to be removed from my credit for the following reasons : The alleged dollar amount is incorrect. I received correspondence indicating that {$240.00} was owed ( see attached ), then correspondence alleging {$200.00} was owed. Nothing is owed and nothing was ever owed. This was paid by insurance. Although not owed, the alleged debt was paid on XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached ). Further, paid medical debt that was in collections can no longer be included on consumer credit reports ( see attached ). If this is not removed on or before XX/XX/XXXX, I will be filing suit against both Trans Union and XXXX XXXX Thank you for your time and attention to this matter
