On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX I sent validation requests to several collections regarding medical debt that had been placed on my credit report. These are Expired, well over XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not receive any response, so I submitted online request with Equifax to validate these items. I did not receive a response. It is my understanding that per FCRA they are to respond within 30 days, it has now been over 60 days. Plus, with the new medical laws, starting XX/XX/2023 the XXXX XXXX that are under {$500.00} were to be removed. Ive attached a copy of the XXXX items that need to be removed from my credit report.
