Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/23 someone named XXXX XXXX with an account ending in XXXX tried to became a member-to-member on my navy federal credit Union account XXXX There was a very legit looking text with a link to a legit looking website. I filled out my name, address, DOB, social security number, and mothers maiden name. I realized my mistake and have changed all my information and become a member of life lock. They tried to withdraw {$4500.00} and {$2500.00} from my accounts from my understanding but got blocked by security questions. So I do appreciate that NFCU.
