I discovered an account for " XXXX '' that is a personal loan of some type. I have no knowledge of this account. According to XXXX, the account was opened in XX/XX/XXXX for {$11000.00}. It was charged off in XX/XX/XXXX and " closed '' in XX/XX/XXXX. The report does indicate that the first payment was never received. My data was subject to the breach of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as a federal employee and my file was affected by the Equifax breach.I believe that this account is fraud because I have no knowledge of it. I don't know how to prove a negative. I don't have paperwork on this loan. I just don't know anything about it. Even though it has been " charged off '', the balance increases monthly. It is now up to {$19000.00}. I have disputed this as fraud with all three credit bureaus multiple times to no avail. I have disputed it with the merchant and received no response.
