Loandepot.com is currently reporting 2 mortgage accounts on my credit file. Both are showing XXXX late payment but each account is reporting a different date. I have already provided written proof to Loandepot.com via mail and fax several times last year trying to correct/remedy the situation. Current mortgage account : LOANDEPOT XXXX- this account was not opened until XX/XX/XXXX so it should not be reporting any late payments in XX/XX/XXXX or anything prior to XX/XX/XXXX. Previous mortgage account : LOANDEPOT XXXX- this account transferred XX/XX/XXXX to LOANDEPOT XXXX- this account did not have any late payments and based on the incorrect reporting on both accounts it further validates my claims that Loandepot.com is erroneously reporting inaccurate information on my credit file. I have attached my bank statements that further support my claim ( the payments are highlighted in yellow ) : XX/XX/XXXX - payment made XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - payment made XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX - payment made XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX - payment made XX/XX/XXXX I have written to loandepot.com several times with no response showing the conclusion of their investigation as well as no additional info about my supporting docs.
