On XX/XX/2023 I received a letter in the mail from TRS recovery services , INC . The letter stated that I owed a debt of {$52.00} to XXXX XXXX. TRS Recovery Services , INC . XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX, GA XXXX The following website was provided in the letter : www.trsrecoveryservices.com I have not received any notification from XXXX that I owe this debt, and my account with XXXX showed all was paid up. I reached out to XXXX and they confirmed I do not owe a debt. I went to the website XXXX provided so that I could request proof of this debt, and in order to submit anything to them, they require you to provide your bank account information, full social security number, and Drivers License. This tipped me off immediately that this is a scam. The fields do not show as required but if you do not populate them you can not submit your dispute. This company has multiple reports on the XXXX of a similar scam for XXXX XXXX. The website should be shut down and this company should be penalized for the damages. It should be shut down.
