Ive asked multiple times for both parties to produce a contract showing this vehicle loan is mine. Neither have been able to do so however the information continues to be reported despite being provided COURT DOCUMENTS showing the outcome of the judge agreeing on my behalf and ORDERING BOTH COMPANIES to remove the account from my report. XXXX has also been provided with the court order, ftc report, and police report and once again have neglected to remove the account from my profile.
