E-mail was received from affirm to confirm that autopay has been enabled. The last one was on XX/XX/2022. However " affirm '' did not debit my account on the mentioned date to get the available funds that were sufficient. Since then, they never call or send an email regarding a recall for payment, neither to notify a late payment.This lack of communication can put the clients in a really bad situation regarding their credit. I wish that they resolve this issue for a better consumer experience!
