This is the second time I have filed a complaint against equifax. I have not been able to access a credit report through then since XX/XX/22. Not only will my score not pull, banks cant access it either and they have my name wrong. I have submitted all documents to them to correct my name twice and its still wrong. They say its fixed and send me a hard copy of my report in the mail and my name is still wrong on the report and the credit pull is old and doesnt have updated information and my bank cant pull the report themselves. I have been trying to buy a house for a year and cant because of equifax. I logged onto my account with them today and now Im getting a code BLNK. I called to tell them and they said nothing is wrong on their end, I also told them my name still hasnt been fixed. Its been a year. Equifax will not help!
