This complaint encumbers XXXX, Experian, and XXXX. Date : XXXX - XXXX I need clarification on why creditors are able to receive updated consumer reports on their current customers. As the credit bureaus are behind and updating data from the creditors, this can be harmful to consumers. For example - XXXX XXXX has been my creditor for XXXX XXXX. They are able to access my credit file at any time. If I have not been behind on my paying all creditors, XXXX will reduced my credit line line due to the inquiries on the credit report up to and including increases on interest rates. The inquiries caused a credit score decrease and decreased my available credit. When the credit line was decreased, the credit line is closer to being maxed out which also had a negative impact on my XXXX credit reports. The credit line is over extended and continues to be a domino effect as the other creditors follow suit. The XXXX scores are designed to keep everyday consumers down. The XXXX scores determines what subprime lending box the consumer will be put in, not include favorable terms for consumers.
