At the time of this complaint my credit score is XXXX, I upgraded my credit card ending in XXXX to a XXXX XXXX ending in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, this is over three billing cycles and still the XXXX card is on record, not the XXXX XXXX XXXX their show I havent made a payment in 90 days and they change the mistake thats on there end, there XXXX specialist never get back, now they want to drop my XXXX XXXX, need help.
