The XXXX breach exposed my information so Ive been very concerned about my consumer file. Per 15 USC 1681, credit transaction, arising from credit cards should not be included on a credit report. This disputes are due to the violations that Experian is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. This is violation 15 USC 1681d defamation of character and you are now in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1611 Criminal liability for willful and knowing violation that you are reporting incorrect information.
