There is a mortgage account being reported on my credit report by Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX that shows inaccurate late payments, up to 60 days, that are different on each bureau and have not been verified after several attempts to correct or remove the account. I have sent in multiple dispute letters, and have talked with each bureau on the phone, and have not made any progress, the account still remains unchanged on my credit report. I have made several attempts by mail over the last year or longer. The late payments on the account have never been verified but remain on the account. I have also spoken on the phone with each bureau and made no progress. This account has been negatively affecting my credit report and preventing me from getting new lines of credit, loans in particular. Not one of my other accounts shows any type of late payment activity. This account has made my financial situation very difficult.
