I am the victim of identify theft and have tried to resolve this previously but Transunion is still in violation and using excuses such as proof of address ( attached to this complaint ) to delay the removal of unverified account : XXXX XXXX with no balance shown and needs to be deleted. limit {$5000.00} with no balance shown. No FCRA verification sent, FTC letter ignored. I'd like compensation for this violation for no less than {$1000.00}. My ID and SOCIAL with address and FTC report is attached as to not have them answer with any cause to delay this. Proof of address they asked and here it is again attached.
