I am an XXXX rewards customer. # XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, there was a promotion for a XXXX XXXX underwritten by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I was approved and at the same time purchased an XXXX XXXX XXXX pass for {$490.00}, with a virtual XXXX card ending in XXXX. I receive several emails from XXXX about my account in which I have a preferred XXXX however, I never received the card as of XX/XX/XXXX. My concern is I never received the card, I have at least a {$490.00} balance that I have no clue about my card number nor how to pay, and that now I will be delinquent as never received anything from XXXX. When you try to call XXXX it's just a number where you have to provide the whole account number, and no Customer Service is even available. So on XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX rewards at XXXX and talked to XXXX who was very nice and gave me a number for XXXX of XXXX. This number is a bad number as it just says XXXX does not service XXXX anymore as of XX/XX/XXXX and just refers to a website/Amtrak which is the same site one signs up for, thus a merry-go-round. I called back XXXX and said i need this stepped up to operations as i used to work for XXXX and that I will have to file a complaint with CFPB. Since I was in investigations and worked credit card fraud, i know how this works, however, without ever getting to XXXX, to a live person, this will never get resolved due to really poor communication, thus if I am harmed and have damages, I will have to sue both XXXX and XXXX for false advertising and tort claims due to a hit and late charges on my credit. I am attempting to resolve this prior to any action. All I know I have a XXXX with XXXX and XXXX with an account ending in XXXX, under XXXX XXXX, which is the same as the XXXX rewards #. I confirmed with XXXX my address is correct, XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX, AR XXXX XXXX
