Hello I hope that this message finds you well. I am a consumer let me first start there. This company that I make this complaint against has used my report inaccurately and unlawfully. According to 15 USC 1681e these companies should make sure that are not in violation of 15 USC 1681c which discusses and states that the only reason any information should be furnished on an account is because of federal judgments or if permission was granted. COVID-19 set alot of people back including myself having to walk away from the industry. Now I was checking my credit report on yesterday and I noticed that XXXX XXXX is reporting multiple late payments and this reporting agency is allowing the furnishing of such information after I asked for accommodations under the CARES ACT which states that information is supposed to show as current and never late. If I may add further to that. There are laws that have and are still currently in place that state that open transactions should not be reported and that also written consent must be given by the consumer which is me to furnish such information and looking at the consumer report the information is incomplete and inaccurate. This is aggravated theft and I am demanding that this account be removed due to the multiple law violations that this reporting agency has broken. This has caused significant trauma. Please allow me to be CLEAR. I am not looking for VERIFIED nor am I looking for those spam like messages that state that we are required to report which is not true by the way. I just provided the law that CONGRESS placed not your policies. I want the account removed or I reserve the right to get the allotted amounted for each violation.
