In XXXX i entered into a consumer transaction with XXXX XXXX and it looks like now Puget Sound Collections has taken over the account. The big problem that i have is that i noticed this collection company pop up on my credit report, BUT i have never heard from them before and i don't know who it is. I don't know what the {$1800.00} charges are all for, what interest or fees are associated with that amount or anything. I was never given the right to dispute this account, and they haven't sent me any of the documents that i requested. I'm not refusing to pay but this account is inaccurate and never was properly validated for my consumer rights. I think Puget Sound is in violation of my consumer rights by illegally reporting this debt and hurting my credit and causing me stress. I sent them a letter over 30 days ago ( XX/XX/XXXX ) asking for ANY information that they had about this account and i'm being ignored. This is really messing me up.
