Upon reviewing the report and all the list of accounts there is multiple violation of FCRA. - XXXX XXXX XXXX Account is reporting Transfer & Sold but still open on consumer report with a past due balance. -XXXX- XXXX XXXX Account is reporting Transfer & Sold but still open on consumer report with a past due balance. XXXX BANK XXXX XXXX Account is reporting Transfer & Sold but still open on consumer report with a past due balance. - XXXX FINANCE I, XXXX XXXX This account is on my file, I never had a loan with them for any services. I have disputed with them, This firm is a DEBT BUYER, so this leads one to believe that they bought a debt and Equifax illegally place this incorrect information on my consumer credit report. On the information Equifax has the following Date of First XXXX is XX/XX/XXXX. Then said date the account was open is XX/XX/XXXX. This is a clear violation of FCRA reporting inaccurate information on a consumer file. - XXXX XXXX This account is on my file, I never had a loan with them for any services. I have disputed with them. I never had an account with this firm. Equifax illegally place this incorrect information on my consumer credit report.
