1. On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to cancel my extended warranty for a used vehicle I had just purchased. I purchased my vehicle through a dealership who also helped me secure financing. I had to submit a form to cancel the auto warranty. An agent of the dealership confirmed receipt of my warranty cancellation form on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and informed me it will take XXXX weeks for the warranty refund amount to be taken off the principal of the loan. 2. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I asked the same agent of the dealership to produce documentation of the warranty cancellation and " refund '' to my financing principal. They were either unwilling or unable to produce such documentation. 3. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was informed {$2800.00} would be going to the lienholder and would be reflected on my next billing statement. 4. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX No change was reflected on my auto loan statement showing {$2800.00} being sent back to the lienholder. 5. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I was informed by an agent of the auto dealership it would take XXXX billing cycles to apply to my account.
