As per 15USC 1681 section 604 ( a ) Any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( XXXX ) In response to the order of a court having jurisdiction to issue such an order, or a subpoena issued in connection with proceedings before a Federal grand jury. Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX have all violated my rights with the reporting of a bankruptcy that was not the result of an order from the court nor at the request from the court. This claim against me is without my approval, written consent, nor agreeance. These companies have not only infringed my right to privacy, but also violated multiple Federal Laws.
