To whom it may concern, after receiving an alert from my consumer monitoring service, I contacted Annual Credit Report and got a copy of my consumer reports from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. As I checked my consumer reports, I noticed an alleged medical collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX whom I never received products nor services from. Not only is it a XXXX violation but XXXX XXXX XXXX is in violation of 42 U.S. Code 1320-6 Wrongful disclosure of Individually Identifiable Health Information and violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) a consumers right to privacy. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to dispute the alleged medical debt threw certified mail sent out XXXX2022 asking for verification of this alleged medical debt and never received anything back from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I now have an alleged medical collection on my consumer report that is ruining my reputation.
