In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. Ive distributed this fraudulent account immediately once I because aware of it. I was told by email ( see attached ) the account would be closed due to it being opened without my knowledge or permission. For the last few months this account is not only reporting negatively on my credit report as a collections account. Its now reporting late payments.
