I have tried multiple times to have these items stricken from my Credit Report with XXXX, XXXX and TransUnion. XXXX is still showing the Federal Student Loans that were transferred to XXXX and forgiven under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( documentation attach with XXXX loan balance ). XXXX is the worst. They have duplicate Student Loan Information. One for XXXX XXXX XXXX and the same that was transferred to XXXX. This is incorrect. They are duplicating a loan that was closed under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for which I have attached documents from online account and a letter I received recently. The last is TransUnion, that reflects the Student Loan ( s ) and who blocks me from disputing or submitting a valid dispute for the erroneous information online under my rights under the FCRA. The XXXX Bureaus have been contacted multiple times even through your agency and they STILL refuse to correct the problem for which the dispute has been active more than 30 days. As a result of the duplicate reporting and erroneous data, they have negatively affected my credit where creditors have reduced my credit limits or closed my accounts. This is in direct violation of the FCRA. They are not fixing the problem although I have given them the evidence. I have waited long enough to have this fixed and these bureaus do what they want and ignore the facts. They report wrong and are continuously negatively affecting my credit.
