Ive written Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX about settlements I completed with proof and they still report the account. I wrote letters the entire XXXX. Collections have been added to my files when the agencies have not reached out to me or the medical bills are apart of a litigation. I submit disputes. No response or change to report has happened. It has been XXXX months since the medical bills have been added and were not my obligation XXXX of XXXX a collection was added to my accounts that I had no knowledge of. They continue to report negative items without verification. The agencies continue to report items that were settled and taken care. No matter how many disputes I submit. I paid my credit card down in XXXX and for over a month the credit agencies reported a wrong balance. I sent letter in XXXX clarifying my current address and name and information I wanted to be on the report and information that is outdated removed. Nothing has changed. My fair trade credit reporting rights have been violated.
