to whom it may concern hello I applied for a consumer credit transaction through capital one on XX/XX/22 I was told that I need to put a down payment for what I applied for but as your company should know down payments are illegal in consumer credit transactions I am supposed to only pay the finance charge with the credit card ( SSN ) that your company has already used ( as seen below ) which your company should already know because it is public information. I have called and been told that there is no physical underwriter for your company and that decisions are all processed through a system I Ask that you get someone on my application so it can be completed the right way otherwise your company would be in direct violation of 15 USC 1602 ( p ) as I originally made an agreement with XXXX and they gave my personal information your company and if I didn't give you actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use AND/OR I receive no benefit that implies by law and unauthorized use of my credit card.
