I respectfully ask the CFPB to fully and thoroughly investigate the fraudulent and illegal conduct committed by XXXX XXXX, a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and its lead counsel XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. ( XXXX XXXX. XXXX ) and his law firm of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, for repeated violations of the applicable law, as detailed herein and other violations as deemed proper and necessary in XXXX discretion, not only in my case, but also for any other instances of such predatory and persistent violations of the law, given the fact that XXXX is XXXX of the largest publicly traded XXXX, engaged in leasing properties to the public. Given the XXXX extent, pervasiveness, and brazen manner with which it has committed these illegal acts, clearly, my case is not the only XXXX, thus fully warranting CFPBs to open a wide ranging case of investigation into XXXX and its more than XXXX affiliated entities operations. See attached Complaint Letter and the Exhibits.
