Following a misleading advertising from XXXX, I requested and agreed to a XXXX subscription totaling {$410.00} made payable in XXXX installment. They make it looks like you pay monthly and i thought i was committing to 1 month subscription. Also they advertise a 3 days cancelation policy. I called to cancel XXXX after the subscription. They replied stating that terms don't apply and sent me to a debt collector RFGI ref # XXXX. There are hundreds of complaints online about XXXX service misleading advertisement. My bank refunded me but i had to pay today again since i don't want my credit score to be impacted ... is there a way to fight them and at least to protect future customers?
