Based on my communications with all the credit agencies in XXXX of 2022, regarding the inaccurate information posted to my credit report ; I explained to all 3 agencies to investigate the information posted that was not accurate. Their response was that the information posted was accurate per their investigation. I asked if they could investigate each account listed on my file. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act the term investigative consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he/she is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such item ( s ). They also stated that my account was verified, but how is that possible if they did not do a proper investigation according to the law. Also, every piece of information on these accounts reported are not 100 % accurate. Additionally, according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S. C. 1681 everything has to be 100 % accurate. I have downloaded a copy of my credit report. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the listed accounts have violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 U.S.C 1681.
