CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARDS, CABELLAS HAS TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY, AND ILLEGALLY, BY MANY VIEWS, TO COLLECT, IN FULL, AN OWED BALANCE, THAT THIS CONSUMER, HAS PROVEN FRAUDULENT, USING US PUBLIC LEGAL SERVICES, US POLICE AGENCY REPORTING, AS WELL AS LEGAL DISPUTE PROCEDURES, AND INSTRUCTIONS, FOR RESTORING GOOD CREDIT, BY THE 3 THREE, NATIONAL CREDIT BUREAUS. THE LAST ATTEMPT TO COLLECT, AFTER, THE REPORTING BUREAUS, BY LAW REMOVED FROM THIS CONSUMERS CREDIT REPORT, THE ILLEGAL DEBT, CAME FROM CAPITAL ONE 'S RETAINED COLLECTION AGENCY, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XX/XX/2022. THIS CONSUMER INFORMED THIS COLLECTION AGENT XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX VIA RECORDED LINE, AND WAS INTENTIONALLY, DECEIVED, VIA PHONE LINE, BY A LIVE AGENT MISPRONOUNCING THE LEGAL " CEASE AND DESIST ORDER '' THE AGENT SAYING A " SEEDEE ORDER '' AND WAS TRANSFERRED TO A COLLECTIONS AGENT.
