I wrote this company to dispute theses charges and completed the Idenity Fraud Information Forms for both accounts on XX/XX/22. A police report was made on XX/XX/22 and was submitted with a written dispute on XX/XX/22. Letter received XX/XX/22 for both Capital One accounts that they found no fraud. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/22 letter from company received by me after my fraud claim. Police report sent to them with dispute letter mailed to them XX/XX/22. XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported via phone call as fraud account on XX/XX/22, called them again on XX/XX/22. Never received correspondence on fraud case, continue to receive paper statements with the amount due.
