This debt collection agency is engaging in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which is strictly prohibited. This account was furnished to the credit reporting agencies against me though I have no signed contract nor did I verbally agree upon doing any business with this company. More so, though I requested the full 5 step procedure to validate this debt, they didnt validate anything. I did not enter into any verbal nor written contact nor agreement with this company and so this company is engaging in unfair practices.
