My daughter went to XXXX XXXX XXXX last year with a fever. No treatment except for a XXXX test which came out as XXXX. They charged us {$250.00}. We tried to dispute and get insurance to cover it for several months, but finally gave up - not enough time in the day as we both work full time. The bills was paid on XX/XX/2022. I received a collection notice from " Renton Collections , Inc ''. They are attempting to collect a debt that was already paid off. I am not sure if this an attempt at fraud from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( double dipping ). I am sending a letter to the Collection Agency disputing this notice and am also contacting XXXX XXXX XXXX. The latter company has been incompetent in handling our bill, including miscoding entries which lead to insurance denial. Any assistance CFPB can provide to stop this XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from fraudulently attempting to collect a debt twice will be appreciate.
