Debt validation was never confirmed, Several law violations, billing errors. Consumer credit transaction was created but a cash down payment was taken which makes the contract voided as per 15 usc 1605 ( a ). I asked for debt validation with and on and off ledger confirming a loan was given to me. finance charge also is suppose to be the sum of all charges. In this retail installment the sum of all charges differs greatly from the finance charge which voids the contract. i have been harassed and embarrassed by this company through their abusive practices and their continued disregard to the cease and desist i had during the validation process. They disclosed my residence without my permission and sent repo company to my residence where they breach the peace and took my vehicle
