I received a letter in the mail with no date ( who sends an undated letter? ), only instruction to call or write to dispute by XXXX. My written dispute went in right away and was also filed with my state attorney general. I have not heard back from the debt collector and in order to avoid a mark on my credit report went to pay today, however the website isn't taking the information on the letter they sent so can't pay.
