This is a Kohls Credit Card. I noticed on my credit report that Kohls started my card was past due XX/XX/XXXX. I noticed it a few months ago ( XX/XX/XXXX ) .I called the Kohls XXXX number and spoke to an associate. I was informed that there was never a report made to the credit agencies. The card is in my maiden name and is XXXX XXXX. I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX in which they confirmed that any notation was internal only and was not sent to the credit agencies. I then took that letter and sent it to Kohls again. I received a pre-printed letter stating that my credit report is correct and there is nothing they can do. I have a letter from them stating they never notified the credit agencies and they confirmed that. Now they are refusing to correct their error that they admitted to?
