XX/XX/2023 - Sent a " Down payment '' ( {$670.00} ) over XXXX to a landlord for the house. We have texts, receipts and a paper trail and the institution wont even investigate for fraud. When we tried to call back and confirm everything with the receipts, the number was blocked and we could not contact them again. After the number ended up being blocked, we tried to call XXXX and Mountain America Credit union, and the Credit union wouldnt even take a look at the case. That was the last money that we had and this NEEDS to be resolved.
