We attempted to get a card through the referral procees but had lot of issues. We even called in and received Wrong Information which caused us to open the wrong card because the link was wrong. I called multiple times to try to resolve capital one sent us in circles then asked for us to reply and we couldn't get the card based on the wrong information we received the first time. If we were not deceived or told wrong things on our first card we wouldn't have been declined. But due to the wrong information we applied for the wrong card and that interfered with the Ventura x card.
