According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify delinquent accounts. Accounts which in fact shows I have late payments. No agency can report me until my account is 30 days past due, not 25 days nor 14 days. I have never missed 30 days payment past my due date on my XXXX XXXX XXXX account XXXX listed below. I may have paid late with late fees but never over 30 days to report to credit bureaus. Transunion states I was late on XX/XX/2021. XXXX states this is a mistake. The system reported 30 days late once a {$30.00} late fee was charged. XXXX told me to make a dispute with the credit bureaus to get it corrected. I have included a copy of my XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX has already updated and reporting accurately. My auto payment of {$410.00} is due on the XXXX of every month. XX/XX/2021 I made a partial payment of {$350.00}. Then on XX/XX/2021 I paid the remaining balance of {$68.00} late and received a {$30.00} late payment fee. So the complete auto payment was paid in full by XX/XX/2021. So I was 15 days late not XXXX. This account has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
