I was offered an XXXX XXXX XXXX by Comenity bank in early XXXX. I carried a XXXX balance, never used the card. They charged a yearly membership fee of {$170.00} which I never authorized, and it was paid regardless, back in XXXX. Now the real problem. According to their website, the XXXX XXXX XXXX program ended in XXXX. Accordingly, I have no statements after XX/XX/XXXX. That was my last statement. But my account stayed open and they were charging {$2.00} per month fee. They have now just reported my account 60 days late on {$14.00} worth of fees. Even though my account has no statements since XXXX. Please see the website. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX program has ended, effective XX/XX/XXXX. Because of this, we are no longer accepting new applications for the XXXX XXXX XXXX program. Existing cardmembers will receive additional information about what this change means for your account. " I never used this store card, which had a credit line of {$10000.00}. Attached are the last statement posted on my account, and also transactions proving I paid full balance in XXXX.
