XX/XX/XXXX my vehicle, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, was stolen and totaled. My insurance company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, informed Westlake Finance that my vehicle would be covered and payment would be rendered to complete payoff of the vehicle. I continued to make monthly payments until XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX as I was advised the payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would have been received to pay off the vehicle by XX/XX/XXXX. However, in XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice from Westlake Finance advising that I was late two months payments that included the months XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted Westlake Finance supervisor, XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX and apprised her of this matter and advised that my nonpayment was not as a result of my error and to correct my credit report and to authenticate my statements by speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and in the interim, I would remit payment XX/XX/XXXX until the insurance company 's payoff check is received and processed by Westlake Finance. XXXX advised, on a recorded line, that she would resolve this issue and she would contact me with a resolution within five business days, to no avail.
