Equifax please remove XXXX XXXX from the credit report. The included in bankruptcy should have been included 30 to 60 days after discharge of the bankruptcy. Based on your report you showing yourself the discharge was XX/XX/XXXX We are now in XXXX and its just now getting added to the report you know this is not right! And is in violation of the FCRA I have showed you factual based dispute that its wasnt on the report until XXXX please remove from the report immediately and send me a updated credit report showing the deletion in its entirety. Lets move forward this is whats wrong with the world today and its not getting anybody people are always trying to bring others down.
