I took over payments of a truck. My friend and I did a contract between us. She bought the truck from XXXX XXXX and got it finance through Capital One Auto Finance. I give her the payments through XXXX and she gives them to Capital One.I have not paid the registration since XXXX XXXX XXXX. I don't have insurance as well because the truck was stolen months ago and I couldn't do an insurance claim because there was no insurance on the truck. I did not want to give her money for the insurance because she was not paying for it. Can she take the truck away from me for not paying the registration and not having insurance even if I have gave all payments on time? I uploaded a copy of the contract between her and I.
