I was gifted a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with a value of {$250.00}. The card has never been opened or used. The card can not be used and Im being told the money is not on said card. Ive contacted the company twice now & after HOURS of holding, run around & having to send in ridiculous information, a case has been opened. I was originally told up to 21 days and now being told XXXX. They admitted they could see the card had not been used and there were no transactions made yet. After a quick XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX post regarding the situation, its obvious this company makes a continuous habit of whatever scam they are pulling. They need to be throughly investigated and shouldnt be able to keep doing this to people.
