Dear Sir or Madam, It is with great spirits for a prosperous 2023 that I hope this email finds you. For me it is very exciting to be a XXXX customer. Aside from a checking and savings account, I also opened a secured credit card. The XXXX app provides, as a courtesy, an update report on ones FICO score. As I closed a XXXX XXXX credit card recently, my score experienced an enormous drop last month. On a greater level, I opened these accounts to develop a stronger relationship with XXXX. The app identifies Equifax as being the source for the score. However, when reviewing my consumer file, with this agency, my XXXX credit card is not reporting. Credit reports sometimes contain information that is inaccurate. However, a scenario in which missing positive information has now presented itself. And it is to this agency that subsequent scoring models are used by XXXX in considering future offers. After reaching out to Equifax and spending quite some time on hold, and escalating this to a supervisor, they delegated this back to the lender ; in this case XXXX. The mission of XXXX has been to engage in good business practices that protect consumers, and their access to credit. Can you kindly look into this and please see to it that the account is properly reported, along with prior months, along with future ones as well, and provide an update?
