On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased airline tickets for 4 passengers from a travel agency XXXX to travel from XXXX, XXXX to XXXX, NC using a credit card from Gemini.com. The charges appeared on my statement as following : XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX One ticket out four was never confirmed. I had to make alternative plans and purchase additional tickets. I disputed the above charges with Gemini because I didn't receive the goods/services I ordered. Gemini gave me a temporary credit on my XX/XX/XXXX statement. In XX/XX/XXXX Gemini responded, saying they reviewed the transaction and resolved in the merchant 's favor. The charges I disputed earlier appeared on my XX/XX/XXXX statement as follows : XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX PRINCIPAL DEBIT ADJUSTMENT {$2900.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX PRINCIPAL DEBIT ADJUSTMENT {$580.00} I went ahead and paid these amounts but I also tried to appeal Gemini 's decision by providing additional evidence to support my claim against XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I received several messages from Gemini stating the following : " XXXX XXXX, Your dispute case has been resolved in your favor and the temporary credit that was applied to your account has been made permanent. No further action is needed. Team Gemini '' At the same time, however, the following charge appeared on my XX/XX/XXXX statement : XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$580.00} XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$2900.00} The same charge was applied to my account twice! I contacted Gemini multiple times and opened multiple support tickets. Each time I received the following response : " Hello XXXX, Thank you for reaching out to Gemini Credit Card Support. We finalized your request to reopen your claim on XXXX XXXX in favor of the merchant. We have submitted your appeal to the merchant however they rejected it. Upon review, the disputed transactions were added on your statement since for XXXX statement this was put on hold due to ongoing disputes you have submitted. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply back. Onward and Upward, Gemini Credit Card Support Dispute Resolution '' It appears that Gemini doesn't seem to understand they are applying the same charge against my account twice, and I am not able to get through to them!
